CLEARANCE SERVICES
CORNELL UNIVERSITY LIBRARY COPYRIGHT SERVICES
The Cornell University Library collaborates with the Office of Information Technology, Cornell Information Technologies, Office of the University Counsel, and The Cornell Store in developing and providing a suite of copyright services. These services address copyright issues pertaining to both multimedia materials created by others that you are integrating in your curriculum and materials you yourself have created. In addition to the Cornell Copyright Information Center, these services include:
- Workshops, seminars, and online tutorials to help you understand copyright issues and interpret fair use guidelines.
- CUL Copyright Services designed to assist faculty in seeking copyright permission for multimedia materials. We can investigate source information to identify copyright-holder and assist you in seeking permission or interpreting fair use guidelines.
For more information about the copyright services, please contact Cornell University Library, Copyright Services at copyright@cornell.edu. Additional assistance is available at the Cornell Store: Permissions Service. Alternatively, faculty may wish to secure permission themselves by using the forms provided below.
